I am excited to announce the start of another weekly yoga class in Monroe beginning April 8th.

I hope you’ll join me and bring a few friends along! It will be a Power Class, which means a lot more movement and intensity, but modifications will still be offered for anyone who is a beginner or needs different poses. Please contact me if you have any questions.
